Srovnávací studium pohlavních chromozomů pavouků
This study is focused on the evolution of sex chromosomes in spiders and identification of sex-linked genes in representative of Mygalomorphae spiders, Grammostola rosea. Sex-linkage of the seleceted markers was also tested in representative of Araneomorphae spiders, Parasteatoda tepidariorum.
