This has far reaching implications for educational management in general and therefore requires a review in order to maintain high levels of efficiency and effectiveness in management. The purpose of the study was to determine the extent to which educational managers were equipped with professional skills and knowledge for successful implementation of OBE. It also aimed at determining the involvement of stakeholders during the implementation of OBE. Educational managers and educators who were purposely selected from primary schools were interviewed during focus group interviews using a tape recorder. Verbatim-transcribed data was analysed using the constant comparative method.
