Seasonal differences between fall and spring data were evaluated. Plasma vitamin A, plasma carotene and plasma ascorbic acid levels were determined. Plasma vitamin A and plasma ascorbic acid levels were also compared by age, sex, and season. Urinary thiamin and urinary riboflavin levels were evaluated.
