Housing and Social Capital : Prototypes for Collective Living
Challenges to contemporary urban cities can be traced to levels of social health and wellbeing experienced by its citizens. This paper looks at traditional space economics in housing from the lens of social capital theory and examines design alternatives in the form of collective housing.
