The difference in Learning Culture and Teacher’s Professional Development of the public preschool educator with various demographics was further analyzed. This study employed questionnaire survey technique, using the “Questionnaire for Learning Culture and Teacher’s Professional Development of Taipei City public preschool educator”. The research participants were the public preschool educator of Taipei City for the 107th year. Totally 390 questionnaires were send out, valid samples were 321. The data obtained from the questionnaire survey were analyzed and processed by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA.This study found below: 1. The current situation of Learning Culture for the Public Preschool Educator in Taipei City is very high, and the“core value” is the best. 2. The current situation of Teacher’s Professional Development for the Public Preschool Educator in Taipei City is very high, and the“ value of the early childhood and education ” is the best. 3. There is a significant difference in Learning Culture among the Public Preschool Educator of different “yearly”; there is no significant difference in “age”, “educational level” , “professional title” and the size of different “parks”. 4. There is a significant difference in Teacher’s Professional Development among the Public Preschool Educator of different “yearly”; there is no significant difference in “age”, “educational level” , “professional title” and the size of different “parks”. 5. Significant positive correlation between Learning Culture and Teacher’s Professional Development . 6. Learning Culture has predictive power for Teacher’s Professional Development . Among them, “the collaborative community”, “the structural communication” and “the management model” predicts the best. According to the conclusion, this study proposed recommendations as references for Educational administration, preschool, preschool educator, and future studies.
