This study utilizes convenience sampling and gathered 307 data samples. It was found that by hierarchical regression analysis: First, the subordinates’ perceived supervisors’ empathy will affect on their well-being. Second, subordinates’ belief on Pan-famillism can partially regulate the relationship between the supervisory Empathy and the subordinates'' Well-being. This study can help companies understand the influence of the subordinates’ perceived supervisors’ empathy on their well-being, and propose the influence of subordinates’ belief on Pan-famillism on the relationship.
