This study aims to explore the reactions of employees with job embeddedness to employee deviance in the uncertain environments. A sample of 254 supervisor-subordinate dyads was collected from financial banks, insurance companies and retail stores. As the study predicts, perceived organizational politics is positively related to organizational deviance. Organizational trust is positively relationship organizational deviance and interpersonal deviance. Job embeddedness has marginal moderating effect in the relationship between perceived organizational politics and organizational deviance.
