Therefore, let people pay attention to the issue of work-life balance, and workplace fun also becomes a key player in the current work environment. However, the current businesses organizations have gradually changed from personal orientation to team orientation. The purpose of this study is explored a multi level analysis of workplace fun, and about how does workplace fun affect team-members exchange, employee engagement, and team performance. This study research data were all collcted from the insurance industry, housing industry and gym industry in Taiwan, where the workplace is more mature with workplace fun. Then the final valid questionnaires are 357 from 88 groups. Finally, the effective team questionnaires returned rate were 88%, team members questionnaires returned rate were 83%, and overall questionnaires returned rate were 84%. After researched and analyzed the findings are as below: 1. Workplace fun has positive impact on individual level and team level of team-member exchange. 2. Individual level and team level of team-member exchange has positive impact on employee engagement and team performance. 3. Team-member exchange has mediating effect on workplace fun and employee engagement, workplace fun and team performance.
