The present study also investigated the moderating role of person-job fit on those relationships. The data were collected at three time points and 128 full-time workers from various industries were participated in this study. Hierarchical linear regression was used to test our hypotheses. The results revealed that job control was negatively related to burnout, and time pressure is positively related to burnout. In addition, the indirect relationship between time pressure and voice behavior via burnout was significant. Finally, this study also provides several practical implications to help organizations to achieve better performances. Kao, Kuo-Yang 高國揚 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 48 zh-TW |
