Summary: | 碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 化學工程與材料科技系碩士班 === 107 === In this study, a new generation of cold-working oil-in-water emulsifier (trade name: Olivem 2020), which is extended by olive oil, is the main emulsifier. The emulsion formed is stable and has a special Q-elastic feel, which enhances the cold-type emulsifier. Thicken, use a lower concentration to achieve the desired concentration, with good ductility, moisturizing, soft and comfortable skin feel, non-sticky and heavy, fresh and not greasy, can be used as a summer moisturizing refreshing lotion. The emulsion prepared in this study has multifunctional imitation scores, excellent emulsification performance and natural skin lubrication properties. It can also be used as a tactile sensitizer with excellent sensory properties and maintains moisture in the skin. Since it does not require heating or application of pressure, and because its main component is a component of natural origin, it is not harmful to the environment.
This study explored the effects of different manufacturing process parameters on the average particle size and stability of the emulsion. The experimental results show that the emulsion prepared by the emulsifier content between 3-4% can obtain very good stability. The emulsion has achieved very good stability after high temperature test, low temperature test, ill-treatment test and centrifugal test. In terms of average particle size testing, the particle size of the emulsion is between 0.4 and 0.6 μm.
