Summary:碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 107 === This study illustrates the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. The research object, research purpose and necessity of online shopping, collect and integrate the theoretical basis of service quality and customer loyalty, and find out the model. In the part of the use, online shopping will evaluate the quality of functional image services by studying the services provided by suppliers and the psychology of customers. Using qualitative research and quantitative research as research methods, 256 valid questionnaires will be retrieved from the questionnaire. Different analysis systems were performed in each facet to verify the hypothesis of this study.
