Summary:碩士 === 國立金門大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 107 === This study mainly explores the relevance of social responsibility human resource management measures, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. It conducts questionnaire collection in Taiwan and Kinmen, and conducts statistical analysis and regression analysis on original data. The results show that enterprises implement social responsibility human resource management measures will effectively improve the organizational commitment of employees, and will also affect the job satisfaction of employees. The employees with high organizational commitment will strengthen their employees' willingness to stay with the company as a community of fate. We also found the organizational commitment partially mediates the relationship between social responsibility of human resource management and job satisfaction.
