This research frameworkand hypothesis were formulated on the foundation of relevant literature. A questionnaire based on the operational definition of variables. A total of 803 pieces of questionaires were collected and analyzed by mean of statistical software SPSS 22.0 It is found that person-organization fit has significant negative effect on burnout and turnover intention, burnout has a positiveeffect on turnover intention, burnout has partial mediating effect between personal organization fit and turnover intention. Finally, according to the conclusions of the study management implications are proposed, with research restrictions explained and follow up studies recommended.
