Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 教育專業發展研究所 === 107 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects on the relations among emotional itelligence, self-efficacy and well-being of primary school teachers. In order to achieve this goal of the study, the method of questionnaire survey was adopted to collect and analyze data.There were 228 teachers of elementary school (91 males and 137 females) that were sampled from Pingdong County. The research instruments included “Teacher’s Emotional Intelligence Scale”, “Self-Efficacy Scale”, and “Well-Being Scale”. The datacollected from the teachers of elementary school were analyzed by descriotive statistics, independent-samples t Test, one way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results were summarized as follows : 1. There were significant difference in grades of teacher’s emotional intelligence. 2. The elementary school teachers’ Emotional Intelligence, Self-Efficacy, and Well-Being were associated. 3. The elementary school teachers’ Emotional Intelligence and Self-Efficacy could significantly predict Well-Being. Based on finding in this studty, some related suggestions were provided for teachers as well as the future researchers in the relative field.
