Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 幼兒教育學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === Abstract The purpose of study is to discuss how the Han teacher respond to teaching and teaching plans by their ethical background, and to review the compatibility of teaching and teaching plans, the perplexes, and responses; by using action research, teaching log, child observation, and child works are utilized to examine the self-growth of Han teacher. The results are as follows: the teacher who utilized their cultures to teaching should possess the sensitivity of culture to realize the cultural attributes and learning styles of Atayal child. In the process of teaching, practically, the teaching styles and teaching patterns should be designed fitful for Atayal child, listening and observing the dialogues and interactions between children, then teacher can realize the behaviors and thinking of children, building close relationship between teacher and children, and eventually fulfilling children affective demands and giving them confidences. Teacher should possess the ideas of multiple cultures, reflecting and criticizing all the time, and check whether the mainstreams of cultures are reproduced by using them into the curriculum of aboriginal child and the interactions between children.
