Description
Summary:碩士 === 東吳大學 === 會計學系 === 106 === Abstract Blood is one of an important source of medical treatment, but it is a high cost and short shelf life of perishable commodity. The main sources of blood supply are from the blood center to the blood donation camps to collect the blood from the donors. However, the number of the blood collected, and the quantity of blood needed for medical treatment are two random, sometimes they donate and perishable traits for free, the stock of the blood cannot be appropriately allocated, it may lead to a waste of blood resources and shortage of medical needs. The literature discussed in this study includes the characteristics and indications of various blood, inventory management methods, and the status of blood inventory management in blood donations centers. It can meet the quantity of blood needed by the patient, but there are too many reasons for the prediction accuracy based on the influence model. In this study, ABC inventory analysis and statistics were used to analyze how to achieve the optimal inventory and achieve sustainable operation when blood donation centers were limited by a single resource. This study uses weekly historical data to try to determine the future use of the blood. In order to meet the needs of patients, regardless of the size of the hospital, it must have certain inventory, and can supply patients’ needs in a timely manner to prevent the shortage of patients’ lives. In the future, researchers will be able to get information from the hospital and carry out experimental research. Blood donation centers (the blood bank) can know in advance the needs of the hospital and promote the supply and demand sides to share benefits through mutual assistance and cooperation.
