This research implements by case study through meeting, in-class observation and interviews to collect research data. We analyze the records from the meeting, in-class observation and interviews mentioned above to conclude a research result. The results of the research are as follows: 1.In the process of implementing the pre-referral intervention, the special and general teachers plan tactics based on the misbehavior of the student. The teachers continuously discuss and fix the pre-referral intervention tactics. 2.This case’ s behavior is improving gradually. He could stably stay in his seat for a long time and concentrate on his class. To let him behave properly, the teachers show him visualized hint cards and use behavior-reward cards. 3.There are still some difficulties during the collaboration of the teachers in this research.
