Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 教育研究所 === 106 === The main purpose of this study was to understand the relationships among total quality management, performance system adjustment, and motivation for civil servants. The participants were 400 civil servants from national senior high schools of five cities(Taichung, Miaoli, Nantou, Changhua, and Yunlin) in central Taiwan. A total of 366 valid questionnaires were collected and the effective questionnaire rate was 91.5%. The data was analyzed by one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, t-test, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study included the following points: 八 There were significant differences on total quality management, performance system adjustment, and motivation of civil servants from national senior high schools of five cities in central Taiwan in different background variables. The status quo of total quality management, performance system adjustment, and motivation of civil servants was above median and inclined to agreement. There were significant differences on total quality management, performance system adjustment, and motivation of civil servants. The total quality management, performance system adjustment of civil servants could effective predict motivation. In addition, based on the results of the study, the researcher made some practical suggestions for the institute of government related administration, schools, and future studies.
