Survey questionnaire has been utilized as the research method and descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis were applied to analyze the data. The major findings of this study were summarized as followings: first, the administrative staffs in junior high school perceived level of high-medium job rotation. Second, the administrative staffs in junior high school obtained high-medium level of resilience. Third, the administrative staffs in junior high school had medium level intention to stay. Fourth, in terms of the job rotation, significant differences were founded in gender, administrative rotation experiences and school sizes. Fifth, in terms of resilience, significant difference was founded in gender. Sixth, in terms of intention to stay, significant differences were founded in gender, administrative rotation experiences and school administrative rotation systems. Seventh, there were positive correlations among the job rotation, resilience, and the intention to stay. Eighth, the job rotation and the resilience can significantly predict the intention to stay, and the resilience was the strongest predictor. Final, the suggestions based on the findings were made for administrative staffs of the schools, schools, education authorities, and future researchers.
