The results indicate that supervisor feedback environment is positively related to creative performance, the relationship between the supervisor feedback environment and creative performance is mediated by leader-member exchange and moderated by regulatory focus. In addition, the indirect effect between supervisor feedback environment and creative performance via leader-member exchange is moderated by regulatory focus.
