Does employees’ happiness in work improve their job performances? Therefore, this study mainly investigate the impact of perceived organizational support on work well-being and job performances, and also explores the impact of demographic variables on work well-being and perceived organizational support and job performances. The participants of the study were Taiwanese employees of the case company D who work domestically and overseas. A questionnaire survey was conducted and a total of 502 valid questionnaires were collected. Through SPSS analysis, the research results show that the perceived organizational support affects work well-being. The higher the support, the higher the sense of well-being. Perceived organizations support influence job performances. The higher the support, the better the performances. The work well-being will mediate perceived organizational support and job performances. In addition, different demographic variables have different effects on perceived organization support, work well-being, and job performances.
