The questionnaire survey is applied to this study. The subjects of this study include 96 students. The relationship of study satisfaction and learning effectiveness, as well as academic performance and internship score are analyzed. According to the survey results, the learning achievements of the students are analyzed. The major findings of this study are as followings: 1. The results of the ladder-based teaching and learning cooperation handled by the T school are good. The school won the first prize. 2. The academic scores and internship scores of the students are more than 80 points. The academic scores are higher for female students than for male students; the higher the academic scores, the better the internship results. 3. The curriculum of the students' learning satisfaction, the teacher's teaching, the teaching environment and the overall satisfaction tendency are "satisfied", and the "course arrangement" is the most satisfactory. 4. The students self-assess the learning effectiveness are "consent". Male students are more effective in self-assessment than female students. 5. The higher the learning satisfaction of the students, the higher the self-assessment learning effect.
