Survey data were collected from a sample of 360 full-time employees in Taiwan. Results indicated that Breach of Belongingness was positively related to Social Anxiety and Turnover Intention, respectively, and Social Anxiety partially mediated the relationship between Breach of Belongingness and Turnover Intention. Furthermore, Supervisor Support moderates the relationship between Social Anxiety and Turnover Intention., such that the relationship is weaker when Supervisor Support is higher and results also provided further support of the hypothesized directional effect of Breach of Belongingness on Turnover Intention via Social Anxiety. Finally, the limitations of the research are discussed and suggestions for further research are proposed. HSU, CHIN-TIEN 許金田 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 58 zh-TW
