Summary:碩士 === 康寧大學 === 資訊傳播研究所 === 107 === This study adopted the Technology Acceptance Model as the theoretical basis, and discussed the willingness of elementary school teachers in Tainan City to use address book, telephone or LINE for parents-teacher communication. It further compare whether there are differences in respect of willingness to use address book, telephone or LINE for parents-teacher communication under different teacher background variables, and explored the correlation between attitude towards using and using behaviors. Questionnaire survey was conducted in this study and a total of 350 elementary school teachers in Tainan City were enrolled in this survey. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics analysis, independent t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis. Based on the results, suggestions were proposed in order to provide reference for relevant units and subsequent researches. Research results are set out below: 1. Most teachers recognized the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards using and using behaviors of address book, telephone or LINE for parents-teacher communication from medium to high level; 2. Teachers are significantly positive about using address book, telephone or LINE for parents-teacher communication; except for that some teachers think using LINE is relatively hard for them. 3. Teachers will mind receiving messages from parents during off hours. 4. There is no significant difference in respect of willingness to use address book, telephone or LINE for parents-teacher communication among teachers of different backgrounds. 5. There are significant differences in respect of perceived ease of use of LINE among teachers who are tutors and administrators in schools of below than 12 classes (inclusive). 6. Suggestions in relation to use of parents-teacher communication channels and suggestions for subsequent researches were proposed according to the results of this study.
