Description
Summary:碩士 === 康寧大學 === 餐飲管理研究所 === 106 === This study explores how different types of food safety accidents affect the worry, perceived risk, and risk reduction strategy of elementary school teachers. This experiment adopted quasi-experimental designs and adopted the questionnaire survey method to elementary school teachers in Tainan City. Suggestions for teachers are proposed according to the research findings. When food safety accidents happen, they will influence the worry of teachers, which will affect the perceived risk, therefore differ the risk reduction strategy. Elementary school teachers should pay more attention to food safety information, so they can acknowledge the risk correctly, and choose the proper strategy to reduce the risk. Teachers should not only teach students about the idea of healthy diet, they should furthermore educate students about the correct concept of food, and strategies to reduce the risk of consuming tainted food.
