The study tends to a qualitative approach research to explain and understand the social phenomenon, which may aid enterprises to understand a theory structure of social media strategy applied to further business. The findings of the analysis show that a high-reputation company needs to be aware of conflicts or negative impacts happened in social conversations, meaning that the company can implement monitoring approach through various social media functions to measure an enterprise’s social media strategy and business performance.
