Based on the convenience sampling, this study obtained 561, and the response rate was 84.28%. The result indicated that positive occupation attribution style was positively related to self-efficacy, self-efficacy was positively related to organizational commitment, positive occupation attribution style was positively related to organizational commitment, self-efficacy mediated the relationship between positive occupation attribution style and organizational commitment.
