Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 人力資源發展系碩士班 === 106 === This study aimed to discuss the relationships positive occupation attribution style, self-efficacy, and organizational commitment, and examined the mediating effect of self-efficacy. Based on the convenience sampling, this study obtained 561, and the response rate was 84.28%. The result indicated that positive occupation attribution style was positively related to self-efficacy, self-efficacy was positively related to organizational commitment, positive occupation attribution style was positively related to organizational commitment, self-efficacy mediated the relationship between positive occupation attribution style and organizational commitment. The article concluded with implications for future research and practical application.
