Due to the change in labor force participation, requirement in the work place in line with health and well-being priorities, most Taiwanese do not want to invest in and work for “3K industry”.
The policies, laws and measures for foreign migrants in each country will also have some conflicts or disputes due to differences in national conditions. In addition, the causes of labor friction are mostly poor living and health habits, theft of criminal acts, and the introduction of foreign workers. In the process, the interaction and cooperation between manpower intermediaries and institutions and the government also played an important role. Therefore, how to maintain the positive benefits of foreign workers on Taiwan’s politics, economy and industry, and to reduce the negative benefits in terms of policy, management and execution, it is an important issue that should be explored for many foreign labor related research institutes. The foreign labor policy includes basic salary, welfare, overtime pay, etc., which affects the advantages and disadvantages of both employers and employees. It also affects the satisfaction of foreign workers in their work and life, and the sense of satisfaction of foreign workers will affect their working attitude. The enthusiasm and the willingness to stay, and thus affect the manpower arrangement and operation of the enterprise, such an effective foreign labor policy and retaining talents are all issues that must be considered in the comprehensive review of the foreign labor policy in the future. The main purpose of this study is to introduce the issue of the influence of national laws and policies and national cultural values as Moderator variables and to explore the impact of job and life satisfaction on the desire to stay.
The main purpose of this study is to explore the influence of national laws and policies and national cultural values as moderator variables and to investigate the impact of job and life satisfaction on the willing to stay. Firstly, a literature review and expert interviews were made, a questionnaire was then designed. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed. There were 376 valid questionnaires which collected and analyzed by SPSS version 23. The main findings of the study are as follows:
1. Work and life satisfaction has a positive impact on intention to stay.
2. Cultural values have no effect on the work and life satisfaction. However, the cultural values have interference effect on the work satisfaction, and the cultural value has no interference effect on the life satisfaction.
3. National policies have interference effect on the work and life satisfaction. However, the national policy has no interference effect on the work satisfaction, and the national policy has a interference effect on the life satisfaction.
