Summary:碩士 === 育達科技大學 === 資訊管理所 === 105 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects and situation for English learning of pronunciation teaching for the low English achievers in junior high school by using ASSURE systematic design of instruction. The researcher provided linking courses from Phonics to KK Phonetics by utilizing the learners’ ability they had had from Phonics to learn KK Phonetics efficiently. All the low achievers took an Achievement Test and the Scale of Learning Situation before the implement and after it. The data will be analyzed with statistical methods of Paired-Samples T Test . To keep the learning effect, the researcher teaches KK Phonetics to all the students in the class. The result is that the low achievers make remarkable progress in KK Phonetic signs, pronunciation ability, recognizing words by listening, syllable ability, stress ability,and spelling ability . They face the English class in more positive attitude and make remarkable progress in the school grade. As for the other students in the class, they also achieve remarkable success in KK Phonetic signs.
