The findings of this research were as follows. 1. The structure-oriented teaching method could enhance the writing structures and ways of thinking of the students. 2. It shows that it has more progress on the writing structures of the students than the ability of content thinking. According to the result of the research, the author has concluded as follows. 1. Encouraging the teachers to organize some professional teams to develop the structure-oriented teaching method. 2. With the structure-oriented teaching method, it’s better to broaden and deepen spirally. 3. The structure-oriented teaching method should extend to grade 1 and 2 students. 4. To make the research more complete, it’s better to have more subjects of the research.
