The multiple probe design of single subject research method was adopted in this study. The independent variable was the iPad AAC intervention program. The dependent variables were the immediate effectiveness of using iPad for making requests. Data was collected during baseline, treatment and maintain phases. Visual analysis, Tyron’s C statistics and qualitative data were used for analyzing as the results. The results of this study were as follows: (1) After the implantation of the iPad AAC intervention program, the participant’s accuracy of requesting skills was improved in multiple situations. (2) Parents,teachers and speech language pathologist appreciated the effectiveness of the iPad AAC intervention program which indeed improved the participant's learning, emotion ,and communication behavior.
