Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機染化紡織產業碩士專班 === 105 === The C.I. Basic Violet 39 Press Cake (Violet 39)was extracted by using ethyl acetate solvent. Both the Press Cake and the extracted Violet 39 dyes were analyzed by liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry(LC-MASS)method. The signals from LC-MASS chromatograms indicated that the extracted Violet 39 contained at least 28.8% pure Violet 39 more than that of the commercial Violet 39. Both the commercial and the extracted Violet 39 dyes were also examined by ultraviolet–visible spectrometry(UV-VIS). The dye ability was found to be increased 11% for the extracted Violet 39 comparing to that of the Violet 39 Press Cake. The extracted ethyl acetate from the Violet 39 Press Cake was dried and measured by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry(GC-MASS) method. The chromatograms showed at least 20 compounds which existed as the side products ,Of the 20 compounds, there are two blue substances (Bluesign) that are banned and the impurities of the starting materials of the dyes synthesis.
