Human capital is an important source of competitive advantage, how to create a friendly work environment in order to keep talented people to stay has become an important issue for all employers. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of work-family balance programs on affective commitment, job involvement, and the mediating effects of job satisfaction. This study collected 410 valid samples from employees. After the SEM analysis, the study results are as follow. First of all, work-family balance programs will cause positive effects on job satisfaction. Second, job satisfaction will cause positive effects on affective commitment. Third, job satisfaction will cause positive effects on job involvement. Besides, job satisfaction has mediating effects in work-family balance programs and affective commitment. Final, job satisfaction has mediating effects in work-family balance programs and job involvement.
