Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育學系教育創新與評鑑碩士班在職專班 === 105 === The purpose of the case study was to discover the innovative teaching in the English Wonderland of New Taipei City. The methods of interview, observation and documentary research were applied to explore the condition of innovative teaching in this English Wonderland. Moreover, the difficulty and the solution would be discussed. The result f the study was inducted as some conclusions as below: (a) The personalities of the foreign teachers in the English Wonderland is high curiosity and high complexity.   (b) The teaching process of the foreign teachers in the English Wonderland is well-prepared and characteristic. (c) The teaching product of the foreign teachers in the English Wonderland is of Relevance, Effectiveness and Elegance. (d) The Environment of this English Wonderland is creative. (e) The foreign teachers in the English Wonderland are observed having difficulty in time management and participation in workshops. According to the conclusions above, the suggestions of the study to the Educational Administration, the English Wonderland, Foreign teachers in Taiwan, English teachers in Elementary school and future researchers were given.
