Imagination includes reproductive imagination and creative imagination; creative teaching includes interactive discussion and open mind, problem solving and multiple teaching, autonomous learning and challenge providing; principals’ visionary leadership includes formation of vision, practice of vision, feedback of vision. On research method, questionnaire was designed and the subjects of this study were the elementary school teachers in Tainan City. Statistical analysis was conducted with Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) for the 861 effective questionnaires from 65 schools. Based on the data analysis, the researcher makes conclusions as follows: 1. Overall, teachers’ imagination, creative teaching and principals’ visionary leadership have achieved excellent degree. 2. Teachers’ imagination has a positive impact on creative teaching. 3. Practice of vision has a positive impact on autonomous learning and challenge providing. 4. Feedback of vision has a positive contextual moderating effect between the impact of creative imagination on interactive discussion and open mindedness. 5. There are no significant discrepancies in teachers’ imagination, creative teaching and principals’ visionary leadership in general and remote districts. According to the results, the researcher also gives some suggestions to schools, teachers, education-related units, and the future studies authors.
