| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 教育學系 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to explore the concept and practice, the predicament and the way of coping with the teachers' class operation. Taking the beginning teacher of the elementary school as the research participant, the main interview talked about the observation, supplemented by the document analysis to carry on the data collection, and further analyzed the data and summarized the research result. Based on the findings and discussions, the results of this study are as follows:
The concept of the beginning teacher class operation, for the teachers themselves, students and parents play the role of different expectations. Teachers and then develop the practice of class management. The course of the class in the class practice, pro-teacher interaction and teaching activities in three areas, often facing difficulties. According to the above dilemma, to explore the class business difficulties in response to the way.
Finally, based on the above research results, the primary school teachers and future research direction of the two themes, to provide relevant recommendations.
