Recently, “HIIT” trends to be a hot issue. “HIIT” own the high intensity and get better effect. Otherwise, researches spotlight on the periodization between four to twelve weeks. However, the application on short-period breakthrough and peak periodization is still demanded. This study performs concurrent training in three days, and observe the lower limbs’ power and threshold endurance including heart rate and metabolism response. Method:8 healthy athletes (Age:24.88±2.16 yrs, Height:173.25±6.25 cm, Weight:24.88±2.16 kg, Aerobic threshold:1.5±1 m/s, Anaerobic threshold:3.1±0.3 m/s). T1 on the 1st day are power and threshold endurance tests. The data includes speed, jumping height, lactate, glycemic index and heart rate. Three days later, it would do the “3-days concurrent HIIT”, and following two days for rest, here comes the T2. Concequence:T1-CMJ:40.8±7.7 cm, SJ:36.2±6.2 cm, T2-39.5±7.2 cm, SJ:34.9±5.3 cm. T1:aerobic threshold velocity (v2):1.5±1 m/s, anaerobic threshold velocity (v4):3.1±0.3m/s, T2-v2:1.8±0.9 m/s and v4:3.2±0.2 m/s. T1 aerobic threshold heart rate (v2-HR):123±33 min-1, anaerobic threshold heart rate (v4-HR):176±9 min-1, T2- v2-HR :126±25 min-1 and v4-HR :178±11 min-1. Conclusion:Three-days concurrent training is no effect on lower limbs’ power. However, we found a positive tendency on aerobic ability and heart rate mechanism.
