The purpose of this study is to explore the second generation of entrepreneurs or enterprises to promote professional managers. Entrepreneurial personality traits, innovation ability, and leadership style impact on business performance. However, this study applied quantities research and amounted to 120 questionnaire in 2016, in a total sample of 100 with valid collection rates of 83%. The data gathered were thus analyzed usingSPSS21.0, descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression models. the results indicate that (1) personality traits have a positive impact on leadership (2) innovation ability has a positive impact on leadership (3) Leadership has a positive impact on performance (4) Personality traits affect the business performance through the mediation effect of leadership(5) innovate ability will influence the business performance through the mediation effect of leadership.
