In this paper, McDonald's Value Net Theory to explore innovative business models, while taking advantage of the case to analyze. The results showed that in a Western McDonald's, while operating real estate and clothing business in order to build a multi-industry network, enhance the overall competitive force, on the basis of multi-industry network, through commercial real estate control large number of customers, and then a large number of customers transferred to McDonald's franchisees in obtaining rental income through franchising, eventually forming "real estate + restaurant" value Network mode of cross-subsidies and the transfer of resources.
