Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 高階經營管理研究所碩士在職專班 === 105 === In the past, few studies have focused on the factors affecting online motivation of training transfer. In this study, it aims to explore the effect of the impact of organizational commitment and self-efficacy on job satisfaction and motivation of employee training transfer is set as the mediating variable. The employees in semiconductor industry are the subjects for the empirical study.
A total of 160 valid copies of the questionnaire were collected. Using regression analysis, it was found that the impact of organizational commitment and self-efficacy support have significantly positive effect on job satisfaction, but the impact of motivation of training transfer has uncertain effect on job satisfaction, that is motivation of training transfer has not mediated the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Motivation of training transfer partially mediated the relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction. Based on the above results, some suggestions are proposed in this study.
