The research method is conducted by semi-structured interviews with five English teachers. The results are as follow: 1. The difference of teacher’s seniority will not affect the happiness of English teacher. 2. The higher social support has positive impact on English teacher’s happiness. 3. English teacher who has optimistic and positives personality traits is easier to have the sense of happiness. 4. There has the decisive influence for English teacher’s happiness by emotion and cognition. 5. The workload can affect English teacher’s happiness and it is also one of the reasons for the vacancy of English teachers. 6.
