Summary:碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 應用心理學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === Abstract We have conducted a study based on the model of the well-being teaching to high school students. Using the quasi-experimental design, it makes the students write the feedback and understand the learning outcomes. The study samples were taken from two classes of the students in six grades which is from one of the elementary schools in New Taipei City, 24 in the experimental group and 24 in the control group. The total is 48 people. The implementation started with the "elementary school life experience scale" and "children's sense of hope", then implementing 12 times of the well-being teaching. After a week of the end of the class, we have implemented the experiment of "elementary school life experience scale" and "children's sense of hope" again. After the end of the teaching activities, the study results were analyzed by the researcher's classroom observation. The students wrote the study forms and the feedback forms, as well as filling out the data of the pre-test and post-test data in order to conduct the result analysis. This study found that the well-being teaching can improve one’s appreciation and sense of hope to senior grade of elementary school students, but the data analysis showed that there was no significant difference. Supplemented by qualitative information, the classroom learning can still cause the students to think the initial point of happiness and inspiration. (1) The well-being teaching can make the students stay on the right track of the positive mind that students can learn self-control, and focus on the future. (2) Inspiring students to be the present and future leaders, in order to improve one’s hope and help them to find their goals. (3) The cultivation of thanksgiving must be dedicated to real life for a longer period of time, so the teachers and the class management is the key to success. In addition to the above, the sense of happiness teaching may also have to consider students' individual differences, different qualities, comprehension, and interest of the students. Finally, according to the research results and findings, a number of suggestions are put forward as a reference for teacher improvement and future research.
