In this study, the questionnaire survey was conducted to 594 students from the Higher Vocational College of Taipei, and the "Western Knowledge Questionnaire Scale", "Western Attitude Questionnaire", "Western Curriculum Importance and Curriculum Satisfaction Questionnaire" were tested. The statistical analysis of descriptive statistics, chi-square test, factor analysis, single factor analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and IPA analysis were used to analyze the data. The results of the study, in the high school catering students, indicate the awareness of the importance on Western cooking courses , female students’ scores are significantly higher than males’; and public vocational students scores significantly higher in Western knowledge than private vocational students. In addition, there are significant correlations between students' western cooking knowledge, western cooing attitudes and the degree of satisfaction in western cooking curriculum. Finally, by IPA analysis on the importance of Western cooking courses and Western cooking curriculum satisfaction, the results show that the current Taipei vocational college students in the Western cooking curriculum pose more emphsis on their study and have a higher degree of satisfaction on the aspects of the teacher's service enthusiasm, teaching methods, operational demonstration, classroom explanation, teacher-patient communication. These points should maintained ; and the following need to be strengthened or improved: the size of the classroom for practice, lighting, equipment, enrichment of space planning.
