Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 成人與繼續教育系高齡者教育研究所 === 105 === The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of pedagogical expertise training lessons in which vocational trainers were trained for 300 hours. We used the model of Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation to assess the levels of reaction, learning, behavior, and results of training effect of each participants. This study adopted qualitative research method, taking semi-structured interview to collect data from totally 10 vocational trainers who participated the pedagogical expertise training lessons. From this study, we come to the following conclusions: 1. On the level of reaction, participants gave positive evaluations and feedback. 2. On the level of learning, the self-evaluation of the participants indicated that they learned effectively the expertise which a vocational trainer should pick up. 3. On the level of behavior, participants applied what they learned in their workplace. 4. Participants gave feedback and suggestions on the administrative and government support of the training lessons. Finally, based on the above conclusions, this study proposes suggestions for vocational trainer, training unit, government, and the recommendation for future research.
