Shift from the physical channel to virtual channel. Electronic commerce has become an integral part of one of the modern enterprise marketing channels and the e-commerce platform is one of the important tools to business e-commerce. Therefore, this study wants to investigate the key factors before enterprises accepting innovation technology and learn more about how the future of the industry platform to meet the business needs in order to increase the use of will. This study extends the literature on the basis of Technology-Organization- Environment framework to explore the factors before enterprises accepting innovation technology ( E-commerce platform ). Also discuss Co-production’s effect on enterprises to adopt E-commerce platform of acceptance. By mail and internet questionnaires, we have 211 valid questionnaires were analyzed to verify the research framework and assumptions. The results from the study found that the biggest factor affecting enterprises adopt the E-commerce platform is EC vendor’s promote , followed by is the agent trust, technology knowledge and information / data needs.
