Realize coach’s teaching concepts of creating solidary environment and players’ learning behaviors by phenomenological analysis method to theorize team learning patterns. The data collection starts from February winter vacation training to May national competition, which includes team practices and the conditions of teamwork learning during the competitions. The study participants are fourteen male basketball club students from primary school which the researcher used to serve.The methods of data collecting include recording the matches and team conversations, conducting parents’ interviews and integrating players’ learning reports. The final analysis conclusion explains that team’s learning patterns are experience, communicate, integrate, conduct and re-examine. Experience the learning process which includes tactical instructions and skills practices between the coach and players. Set up all kinds of communications through not only oral conversations but also body languages and mind exchange. Integrate the useful information from communications, and summarize the benefits to improve the learning process. Conduct the coaching conclusions which also mean the beneficial summary on players.
