Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系所 === 104 === In the past, most of studies attempted to minimize completion time without concerning the energy consumption during production process. Environment and energy consumption have become major issues nowadays. One of major production costs is energy consumption. The effectiveness of machine usage should be taken into account. Accordingly, this study aims to minimize total weighted completion time (TWCT) and total power cost (TPC). Mathematical model with time-index variables construction and weighted sum method are used to find Pareto-optimal solutions. This study proposed heuristic algorithm named apparent power cost (APC) to shorten computation time. Experimental results indicated that mathematical model with the weighted sum method is capable to find multiple Pareto-optimal solutions. APC can also find the best Pareto-optimal solutions by using less computation time.
