At the same time, for the different members of the background changes, in their work values And organizational change cognition to personal job satisfaction to explore the differences, through the SPSS statistical software analysis to understand the situation and the relationship between the situation, the causal relationship between the last attempt to make assumptions on the impact of these factors.
This research is based on the questionnaire survey, the national army grass-roots units as the object of study, the preparation of "national military personnel on the work of values, organizational change awareness and personal job satisfaction research questionnaire" to investigate the extraction of national army grassroots units were 220 data of the grassroots level, the collected data were analyzed and processed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and other statistical methods, and the following conclusions:
1.There is a positive and significant impact on the individual job satisfaction of the grassroots level.
2.The change of cognition at the grassroots level of the national army has a positive and significant impact on personal job satisfaction.
3.The working value of the grassroots personnel at the grassroots level has a significant and positive relationship with individual job satisfaction.
4.There is a significant and positive relationship between the social and economic status of the national army at the grassroots level.
5.Social and economic status through the organizational change awareness of the intermediary effect, significant and positive impact on personal job satisfaction.
6.The work values will influence the individual job satisfaction through the organizational change awareness of the intermediary effect, significant and positive impact.
