Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 輔導與諮商學系研究所 === 104 === The purpose of this study was to investigate and realize the relationships of learning motivation, learning anxiety, and explanatory style of the junior high school students. Furthermore, the study wanted to know if the explanatory style had mediation effect between learning motivation and learning anxiety. The content of questionnaire included about the” Learning and Study Strategies Inventory for Junior High Students”, and the” Secondary School Students’ Explanatory Style Questionnaire”.
The results were as follows:
1. Learning motivation, learning anxiety, ”bad events to permanent-pervasive cause” and ”bad events to personal cause” had significant differences on gender. Learning motivation and learning anxiety of females were higher than males. Females preferred to think about that bad events were happened because of personal cause, and males preferred to think about that bad events were happened because of permanent-pervasive cause.
2. The ” bad events to personal cause” moderated the predictive relation between learning motivation and learning anxiety.
